Ana has a new job in publishing and a new rule about Christian: no rules, no punishments and no more secrets. He agrees to all of it. The first night back plays like it: his hands, her pace, her call. He takes her clothes off slowly and goes down on her, and she looks like someone who has been thinking about this for a while.
The second clip is the morning after, the two of them in bed, sheets everywhere, both of them pretending they are not already in trouble again. It is the most relaxed Johnson looks in any of the three films, and the scene works because of it.
