The strangest one, and maybe the most suggestive. In the official Bon Appétit video (2017) Katy Perry is the dish. She is unwrapped from plastic on a kitchen table, “kneaded like dough” by a team of chefs, boiled in a pot with carrots and served to a room of hungry diners. She was thirty-two. Migos watch and rap their verses.
Then she rings the bell and the menu flips. Not a nude scene: suggestive from start to finish, but nothing is shown. Over 16 million YouTube views in its first 24 hours.
What happens in the video
Chef Roy Choi and his team cut Perry out of the plastic, work her over like dough and lower her into the pot. Then she is plated for a table of well-dressed cannibals. When she rings the bell, the chefs turn on the diners, Beetlejuice-style, and Perry ends up dancing on a pole and is served the pie.
Very adult in its suggestion, very PG in what it actually shows.
