The Other Woman saves its last joke for Amber, and it’s a good one.
What happens in the ending
Once Carly, Kate and Amber have taken Mark down, the film wraps up everybody’s story. Amber had told Carly she was seeing someone else too, and the last scene reveals who: Frank (Don Johnson), Carly’s father.
The film leaves them on a beach, Frank relaxed in a chair with a beer while Amber walks down to the water in a white bikini, and the film reveals that the two of them go on to travel the world together. No nudity, just a punchline.
