This near event happened at the 2009 Kids Choice Awards, which were a while back, but these images have only just surfaced. Anyway, as you can see, Miley, who is still 16, is keeping things very PG for the kiddies by trying to stuff her breasts into far too tight of a dress. But, naturally, they’re just dying to pop out. She’s such a great role model.
