I’m not really sure who April Rose is, I don’t think I’ve ever seen her before, but I’ve gotta say, I’m impressed. Here she is at the Maxim Hot 100 event and I’m so glad she has come into my life because there has been a shortage of chicks with huge fake boobs on the site. Hot!
